Pursuant to the March 16, 2020 proclamation issued by Governor Abbott, this meeting will be held by video conference in order to advance the public health goal of limiting face-to-face meetings (also called “social distancing”) to slow the spread of COVID-19.
All BCRUA Board members will be participating via videoconferencing.

In addition, please contact Monique Adams at madams@roundrocktexas.gov to provide your name, address, phone number. Your name will be notated if you wish to speak during Citizen Communications and the Board President announce your name when it is your turn to speak. Please note that the 3-minute time limit to speak is still in effect.
