Special Called Emergency Meeting
This notice of an Emergency Meeting is posted pursuant to Government Code 551.045. An emergency or an urgent public necessity exists because of the failure a 36-inch underwater pipeline which transports raw water to the BCRUA water treatment plant.
SPECIAL NOTE:
Pursuant to the March 16, 2020 proclamation issued by Governor Abbott, this meeting will be held by video conference in order to advance the public health goal of limiting face-to-face meetings (also called “social distancing”) to slow the spread of COVID-19. All BCRUA Board members will be participating via videoconferencing.
