Beginning April 1 and continuing until further notice, the BCRUA will be implementing videoconferencing (powered by Zoom) for public meetings that are subject to the Open Meetings Act, in order to advance the public health goal of limiting face-to-face meetings (also called “social distancing”). Be sure to register using the link below to watch the meeting or if you would like to speak during Citizen Communication. In addition, please contact Monique Adams at madams@roundrocktexas.gov to provide your name, address, phone number. Your name will be notated if you wish to speak during Citizen Communications and the Board President will call your name when it is your turn to speak. Please note that the 3-minute time limit to speak is still in effect.
